These were seemingly “normal” days in the hospital. They were filled with therapy appointments and scans to see if the hematoma in my brain subsided. Eli would Face time with me everyday so I wouldn’t get bored and I could see the girls. I also received pictures of them I could look at when I missed them. I don’t remember which day, but I was finally cleared to take a shower and I was allowed to dress in my own clothes. 

I felt like a new woman!
