She Moves Bravely

Catherine Garrett has been married to her wonderful husband, Eli, for seven years, and they have two little girls. She has worked in various fields, from horseback riding instructor to nanny, but all of them involve caretaking, and that flows perfectly into my role as a mom - her favorite role thus far!

She hosts Birth Trauma Stories, a podcast God placed on her heart a few years ago. She wanted to create a safe space for parents to process their perinatal trauma experiences.
