S.3 E.26: Petra Cruz: Birth Trauma to Birth Doula

In today's episode, I welcome Petra Cruz to the podcast. Petra is a wife, mom of 4, birth doula, birth educator, and advocate for VBAC. She is passionate about sharing the raw and real side of motherhood that nobody likes to talk about so they know they are not alone. While in labor with her first child, Petra was told that her baby could die due to decels (a drop in the baby's heart rate). This led to being coerced into a cesarean. Unfortunately, the coercion did not end there. Petra was coerced into 2 more cesareans. Fortunately, through lots of healing and prayer, Petra went on to have a transformative VBAC with her youngest.
