TRIGGER WARNING: This podcast discusses difficult topics including birth trauma, coma, and stroke.
On occasion, you hear a story that makes you stop in your tracks. One that takes your breath away and leaves you humbled. Cathy’s journey is that story. After nearly losing her life during the delivery of her second daughter, Cathy continues to overcome daily challenges to persevere in motherhood and in caring for herself. She defines resilience as an “I can do it” mindset. This podcast conversation almost brought me to tears in awe of how far she has come today.
