S1. E. 20 Rachel Groves: Motherhood & Stroke Recovery

In today’s episode we are joined by a big supporter during my recovery. Rachel and I crossed paths after one of my speech therapists let me know of a fellow young stroke survivor who, with a friend, started a stroke awareness foundation for young stroke survivors. I learned that Rachel survived a stroke in her 30s with a toddler and a pre-Ker at home. Tune in to find out how her recovery is going, how the foundation is doing, and how she encourages others.
