S1. E. 5 Sarah Penazter: Labor & Delivery Nurse and AFE Survivor

Today we are joined by Mrs. Sarah Penatzer from Pennsylvania. A stranger, turned friend, turned sister. AFE sister that is. We met shortly after I had my AFE  when I found her page on Instagram. I immediately knew we needed to be friends given how much we both love oils, enneagrams, and animals. I reached out and it solidified our friendship! Today we talk about how important it is to slow down and ask for help in parenthood on the good and hard days!
